About the Academy
Since 2012, Interactive Media and Game Development Academy has been offering professional training for Egyptian university graduates. Helping those passionate, talented Egyptians interested in game development to become professional game developers. GDA provides training in programming and art skills that enables the graduates to work as: Game Designer, Game Programmer, Engine Programmer, XR programmer, Unity Developer, Unreal Developer, Concept Artist, Character Artist, Environment Artist, Game animator, and Technical Artist. The interns in game programming and art tracks are trained on both game engines Unity3D and Unreal Engine to create high-quality video games and interactive media products, such as: • Games • Architecture • Automotive & transportation • Simulation (e.g. health & safety and educational simulations) • Virtual production • Extended Reality (XR)
